Tissue culture

The compound is also employed in tissue culture techniques to induce root formation, prevent leaf yellowing, and avoid abscission, making it an essential tool in plant tissue culture practices.

Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 774213-84-2 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 7,7,4,2,1 and 3 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 8 and 4 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 774213-84:
(8*7)+(7*7)+(6*4)+(5*2)+(4*1)+(3*3)+(2*8)+(1*4)=172
172 % 10 = 2
So 774213-84-2 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Allosteric inhibition of the hepatitis C virus (HCV) NS5B RNA-dependent RNA polymerase enzyme has recently emerged as a viable strategy toward blocking replication of viral RNA in cell-based systems. We report here a novel class of allosteric inhibitor of NS5B that shows potent affinity for the NS5B enzyme and effective inhibition of subgenomic HCV RNA replication in HUH-7 cells. Inhibitors from this class have promising characteristics for further development as anti-HCV agents.
