The present invention provides a method for preparing (3R,5R)-7-(2-(4-flurophenyl)-5-isopropyl-3-phenyl-4-((4-hydroxymethylphenylamino)carbonyl)-pyrrole-1-yl)-3,5-dihydroxy heptanoic acid hemicalcium salt. The preparation method of the present invention is performed in a convergent synthesis manner in which main structural moieties of a (3R,5R)-7-(2-(4-flurophenyl)-5-isopropyl-3-phenyl-4-((4-hydroxymethylphenylamino)carbonyl)-pyrrole-1-yl)-3,5-dihydroxy heptanoic acid hemicalcium salt are independently synthesized, and then coupled.
