What’s more, eating green food frequently can balance the acids and alkali in the human body.

    You need purple or black food if you have the symptoms of arteriosclerosis, coronary heart disease or stroke. Purple or black food refers to food in the color of purple, black or puce. For example, grapes, blackberries, purple broccolis, eggplants and seaweeds are all included. Such food is usually natural. It is nutritious and of high quality.

    White color food is intended for heart diseases and high blood pressure patients. Cabbage, garlic and onion, and bean curd and milk are all white food. White sesame, pears and yam also belong to this family. White food comforts anxiety and frustration. It is especially helpful for patients of heart diseases and high blood pressure. Moreover, white food controls your appetite and help with loosing weight.
