    1.yellow food
    Yellow food like carrot and mango usually contains abundant carotene and other beneficial nutrients. The adequate intake of yellow food can help us resist oxidation and enhance the immunity to ultraviolet rays. However, the intake amount must be controlled strictly. For example, if people eat too many carrots, the excessive carotene can be accumulated inside the human body to produce toxins and affect the skin.
