Improving sensitivity of a new Hg2+-Selective fluorescent sensor by silver nanoparticles via plasmonic enhancement

A new Hg2+-selective fluorescent sensor which consisted of tripodal ligand connected to three 7-nitrobenzo-2-oxa-1,3-diazolyl (NBD) moieties (TNBD) was successfully synthesized. This sensor exhibited high Hg2+-selectivity over other interfering ions with the detection limit of 12.5 ppb. Furthermore, plasmonic enhancement of the synthesized purple silver nanoparticles (P-AgNPs) was utilized to enhance sensitivity of TNBD. Remarkably, the sensor containing P-AgNPs (TNBD + P-AgNPs) preserved high selectivity toward Hg2+with better detection limit (3.8 ppb) compared to the bare sensor. Moreover, Hg2+ detection in real samples (drinking water) by TNBD + P-AgNPs was accomplished which indicated that the sensor could operate in the presence of aqueous-consisted matrix. Therefore, the developed sensor was practical and could be applied for Hg2+-detection in biological samples.

The invention discloses a novel fluorine-containing betaine surfactant, a preparation method and application thereof. The method includes: adopting an alcohol amine compound and fluorine-containing alcohol as the raw materials, carrying out deprotonation, halogenation and etherification are in order to obtain fluorine-containing tertiary amine, and then carrying out quaternization reaction with ahalide having different hydrophilic groups to obtain the fluorine-containing betaine surfactant. The surfactant has the advantages of easy degradation, no bioaccumulation and excellent surface activity, simple reaction mechanism, small environmental pollution and low cost. The invention not only improves the economic added value of octafluoropentanol, dodecafluoroheptanol, hexadecafluorononanol orother by-products, but also provides a wide source, cheap and easily new raw material for preparation of fluorine-containing surfactants, and solves the problem of difficult treatment of by-products.The novel, efficient, cheap and environment-friendly fluorine-containing surfactant provided by the invention has good application prospects.

The invention provides a preparation method of levocetirizine. The method comprises the following steps of: the step 1, carrying out a cyclization reaction on (R)-4-chlorodiphenyl methylamine and tris(2-chloroethyl)amine to obtain a compound represented by a formula (I); 2, performing condensation reaction of the compound shown in the formula (I) and 2-ethyl glycolate to obtain a compound shown ina formula (II); and the step 3, converting the compound shown in the formula (II) into levocetirizine. According to the preparation method, (R)-4-chlorodiphenyl methylamine and tris(2-chloroethyl)amine are taken as the initial raw materials, and cyclization reaction, condensation reaction and hydrolysis reaction are carried out so as to obtain levocetirizine. The synthetic route provided by the invention is short, the yield is high, and experimental results show that the yield of the levocetirizine prepared by the method provided by the invention can reach 47%, and the purity can reach 99.7%.

The present invention relates to milbemycin derivatives of the formula I STR1 wherein X is hydrogen or β-halogen, R is methyl, ethyl, isopropyl or sec-butyl and Az is a 5 membered heterocyclic aromatic ring which contains 2-4 nitrogen atoms and is attached in the 1-position and which is unsubstituted or substituted by one or two C1 -C6 alkyl groups. These compounds, and the acid addition salts and metal complexes thereof, are effective pesticides for controlling endo-and ectoparasites, especially for controlling neamatodes which are parasites of animals.
