Primary functions about this machine:
The FRL series of intermittent type high-shearing homogenization emulsion machine are high-powered stirring systems. Lower part has particular stator-rotor structure to make the material be high-shearing dispersed, homogenized and emulsified intensively. Middle has high speed dispersed propeller-blade to assist with blending and homogenization. Upside has liquid flow under press type dispersed propeller-blade to control flow fluid effectively and process more thoroughly. The equipment is applicable to blending, dispersing, homogenization and emulsification of fluid liquid material.Application scope about this machine:
Food industry: Edible coloring matter, chocolate coating, filling food, syrup, flavoring, various additive, etc;
Medicine industry: Medical ointment, ointment, lotion, cream, various vitamin, etc
Chemical industry concerned with product of daily use: Shampoo, detergent, cream, tooth paste, paraffin liquor, hair dye, etc.
