Product Description of Single Screw Extruder (PCS100-11D/PCS100-8D)

To meet the large scale production, Degold made PCS100-8D and PCS100-11D Single screw extruders. The output of PCS100 single screw is about1500kg/h. The single screw is good for improving the quality of your products.
Technology has been improved based on Switzerland BUSS kneader, but the price is much cheaper than BUSS kneader.

Traits of PCS series extruder:
1. Compact design: Feeding unit, driving unit and ing/cooling unit are integrated; Delivered to customers as pre-assembled pipes and wires, therefore can be installed within a short time.
2. Double-screw sideways feeding unit: Allowing higher feeding rate.
3. Modular machining unit: Can replace and reorganize screws according to the process requirements.
4. Improved dispersion: Screw rotation increased to 500r/min, allowing higher rate of dispersion and material flow.
