Product Description of Rubber Mixing Maching

This machine is used for rubber plasticating mixing warming and sheeting.

The mill consists mainly for rolls, frame, bearing, roll nip adjusting screws, heating and cooling device emergency stop, lubrication system and such sections as electrical controls and so on. The main electric motor arives the front and rear rolls to rotate oppositely through reduar driving gears and frication gear.
1. the rolls are made of chilled alloyed castiro, their working sufaces are of high hardness and wear-resistant. The working temperature of the bored roll is controlled by steam, cooling water or oil that pass through them thus to meet the require-ment of milling process.
2. roll nip adjustment is realized by hand or electromotion operation which can obtain high accuracy and senstivity.
