What is vacuum multi-shaft mixer?
BXM-V vacuum multi-shaft mixer is a vacuum processing system for the production of viscous paste and suspensions in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. It has similar design as BXM multi-shaft mixer but with hydraulic and vacuum systems and is especially suitable to make toothpaste.Key features of BXM-V vacuum multi-shaft mixer:
1. Complete process of mixing, dissolving, dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing, heating and cooling in one unit
2. Working capacity from 300L to 10000L
3. Suitable for paste and emulsions above 50000cps viscosity
4. Strong dispersing by top mounted dispersers
5. Outer frame agitator has triangle design for enhanced mixing
6. Variable speed for dispersers and agitator
7. Oil hydraulic lifting system for easy cleaning and maintenance
8. Double jackets for heating and cooling
9. Different jacket designs available for steam and electric heating
10. Double temperature probes and controllers for electrical heating in main emulsifying mixer
11. Vacuum system to take out the air bubbles during mixing and to transfer the ingredients
12. All contact parts are made of SS304/316L and mirror polished
13. The specifications of the vacuum multi-shaft mixer comply with cGMP regulations
14. Push buttons control panel for easy operation
15. Power supply of 380V, 50Hz, 3 PhaseOptions for BXM-V vacuum multi-shaft mixer:
1. Fixed cover with bolts or welding to save budget
2. Different mixing functions can be set up to provide optimum multiple mixing, dispersing, emulsifying and homogenizing of various materials over a wide range of viscosities
3. Dual or triple mixing shafts according to different requirements
4. Cold mixing design is available
5. Platform for one or more vacuum multi-shaft mixers
6. Panasonic or Siemens PLC for automation of mixing, dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing, vacuum, transferring, heating and cooling etc
7. Mettler-Toledo load cells
8. Pressure vessel design for different steam pressure
9. Spray ball can be equipped to connect to customer's CIP system
10. SIP is available upon request
11. Explosion proof motors and electricals
12. Different power supply acceptable.
