The Food Chemistry and Technology is a yearly volume of scientific papers and review articles in the field of food chemistry, technology, biotechnology, microbiology, sensory analysis, food manufacturing processes and apparatus, etc. The papers are published in Lithuanian, English and Russian with summaries in English. All submitted papers are reviewed by at least two reviewers appointed by the Editorial Board.
