Umetrics was established 1987 to provide software products and services to scientists and engineers to help investigate and optimise complex products and processes. The products are based on the tools of modelling, experimental design and multivariate analysis. Umetrics has extensive collaboration with the chemometrics group at Umea University, and is at the forefront of the development of novel methodology.

Umetrics produces Windows-based software for Design Of Experiments (DOE) and Multivariate Data Analysis (MVDA) and modeling.
MO: A modern implementation of DOE, with powerful functionality and yet easy to use.
SIMCA: A series of products containing functionality representing the latest technology within MVDA.
