    According to the nutritionists, people should eat less high-fat food before or during the exercises. For example, a lot of people like to eat some chocolate before they participate in sports or outdoor activities, so as to supplement the energy. And some tennis players would eat bananas during the match, and this habit has been followed by some people who love sports. But experts point out that ordinary people should not eat bananas during the exercise; while for chocolate, whether before or during the exercises, it is not appropriate for people to eat.

    Take chocolate as an example, it is true that its caffeine can play a role of exciting the nerve center. But chocolate, especially the one with a smooth taste, tends to be rich in fat and calorie, but low in sugar content. Therefore, if you eat chocolate before or during the exercises, it will not be easily consumed by the body during the exercises, and will lead to obesity on the contrary. You can take milk as a good substitution for chocolate. But it is better to choose skimmed milk, as the ordinary milk also has relatively high content of fat.

    Banana has been long regarded as a food for exercises by a lot of people. However, not everyone is suitable to eat banana when taking exercises. Although banana is easy to digest, it contains relatively very high content of sugar and potassium. What's more, it will bring people a satiety feeling if eating it during the long period of exercises, which will easily cause flatulence, and lead to some discomfort during the exercises. So if you eat bananas first and feel unwell when taking exercises, you should do not eat it any more.

    In addition to chocolate and banana, experts also suggest that in the period before and during exercises, people should avoid eating the following foods, such as ice cream, nuts, butter, margarine, donuts, barbecue, pizza, thick smoked sausage, hamburgers, fried foods, fat, bacon and so on.
