  • The height of the human body is mainly decided by the growth of the human long bones, especially the thigh bones of the huckle and shin bones and splinter bones of the shank.     The first recipe is about the porridge made of egg yolks and rice. At first, parents should cook the rice porridge, and then boil a fresh egg.     The second recipe is about the soup made of chicken liver, pork ribs and milk vetch. Parents should first prepare 50 grams of chicken liver, 50 grams of pork ribs, 30 grams of milk vetch and 3 grams of the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine. First, parents should cut chicken liver into pieces and also break pork ribs into pieces. Then, they can boil the pieces of pork ribs, milk vetch and the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine together in the earthen pot. After the soup is boiled well, the dregs of bones and drugs can be removed from the pot. At last, parents can put the pieces of chicken liver into the soup to boil. Chicken liver contains abundant protein, calcium, phosphorus and vitamins. Pork ribs also contain these trace elements. Milk vetch and the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine can accelerate the absorption of protein, calcium and phosphorus and improve the growth of the bones for children.

    Except the two kinds of recipes mentioned above, many other recipes are also beneficial to the bone development of children and further improve the height for them.
