The synthesis of seven 2-substituted 3-<4-aryl-1-piperazinyl )-isopropanoloxy>-phenyl>-4(3H)quinazolones is described.Pharmacological tests showed that some of the synthesized compounds (3a-c and 3e) possessed pronounced and sustained hypotensive effects,
