RESORCINOL DERIVATIVES FROM ONONIS VISCOSA

In the chloroform extract of the aerial parts of Ononis viscosa the three new compounds, (2'R,12'S)-6-(2,12-diacetoxy-tridecyl)-2,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid, (2'R,12'S)-6-(2-acetoxy-12-hydroxytridecyl)-2,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid and (2'R,12'S)-5-(2-acetoxy-12-hydroxytridecyl) resorcinol were identified.The identification of all these substances was achieved by spectroscopic means; Ononis viscosa; Leguminosae; resorcinol derivatives
