Isomerization of alkynemono-ols occurred by the catalysis of Pd2(dba)3 * CHCl3 (1) + ⁱPr3P + HOCH2CH2OH.Palladium hydride active species were supposed to be formed in situ by the oxidative addition of diols to 1 as determined bu 1H NMR spectra.
