Two new hydroxyketones, 4-hydroxyheptadecan-7-one and 5-hydroxyoctadecan-11-one, along with 5,7,4'-trimethoxy-4-phenylcoumarin, exostemin, matairesinol and D-mannitol have been isolated from leaves of Chiococca alba and identified by spectral data and chemical studies.Key Word Index: Chiococca alba; Rubiaceae; leaves; 4-hydroxyheptadecan-7-one; 5-hydroxyoctadecan-11-one; 5,7,4'-trimethoxy-4-phenylcoumarin; exostemin; matairesinol; D-mannitol.
