The reaction of monocyanoacetylene (HC<*>CCN) with 5-C5H5)(P(C6H5)3)2> gives the vinylacetylide CCN)(CH=CH(CN))(η⁵-C5H5)(P(C6H5)3)> (1) and the diacetylide CCN)2(η⁵-C5H5)P(C6H5)3)> (2).The crystal stru
