Synthesis and chemiluminescent property of the novel 1,2-Dioxetanes containing an acridane-10-acetate moiety as the luminophore and trigger unit

Novel dioxetane derivatives 2 with an acridane-10-acetate moiety were prepared and tested far a potential chemiluminescence probe. The 10-acetate was found to play on important role both in stabilization and in base-mediated smooth degradation of the dioxetane ring.
