2'-Deoxy-3-isoadenylyl(3'-5')thymidine and thymidylyl-(3'-5')-2'-deoxy- 3-isoadenosine have been synthesized by mild protection/deprotection methodology that circumvents facile N3-C1' hydrolytic cleavage of the 2'- deoxy-3-isoadenosine moiety.
