The preparations of the complexes H₂Ru((C₆H₅)₂PCH₃) ₄, H₂Ru(CO)C((₆H₅)₂PCH ₃)₃ HRh((C₆H₅)₃P)₄, HRh((C₆H₅)₃P)₄, HRh((C₆H₅)₃P)₃, HRh((C₆H₅)₂PCH₃)₄, ((C₆H₅)₂PCH₃)₃RhCl, and ((C₆H₅)₂PCH₃)₂(CO)RhCl are described. The nmr spectra of these complexes are discussed with regard to possible structures. The results confirm a rapid ligand exchange in these types of compounds.
