Compound 8a. To a stirred solution of phosphate 7a (456 mg, 0.57 mmol) in 20
mL of dry 2-butanone was added NaI (262 mg, 1.75 mmol), and the reaction mixture
was refluxed for 4 h under dry atmosphere. After evaporation of the solvent in vacuo,
the residue was purified by flash chromatography on silica gel (acetone : MeOH, 4 : 1)
