Article abstract of DOI:10.1007/BF00755552

The synthesis, spectral properties, and chromatographic behavior of products formed by the combination of sodium 2- and 4-pyridyldiazotates with cyclic β-dicarbonyls are described.The crystal strucrure of one of the products is discussed.The compounds are shown to be pyridyl hydrazones with an intramolecular hydrogen bond.
