Three new derivatives of vitamin B₁₂ with a pyrrole head group attached to the corrin ring have been prepared. Ligand-exchange reactions and reduction provided reactive Co^III and Co^II complexes. Their electrochemical properties and their potential for fixation at the surface of electrodes by electropolymerization were studied.
