GC analysis. Procedure for GC analysis with SH-Rtx-1 column:
The temperature program was as following: 5°C per min from
50°C to 120°C, 40°C per min to 240°C, and held at 240°C for 3
min. 90 µL ethyl acetate containing an internal standard (4 mM
n-decane) was added into derivative mixture. Afterwards, the
samples were analyzed using a SHIMADZU Nexis GC-2030
system equipped with an FID detector and SH-Rtx-1 column (30
m × 0.25 mm, 0.25 µm). The temperatures of injector and
detector were 250°C and 280°C, respectively. The temperature
program was as following: 5°C per min from 50°C to 120°C, 40°C
per min to 240°C, and held at 240°C for 1 min.

Procedure for GC analysis with SH-Rtx-WAX column: the
obtained mixtures were analyzed using SH-Rtx-WAX column (30
m × 0.25 mm, 0.25 µm). The temperature program was as
following: 5°C per min from 50°C to 120°C, 40°C per min to
240°C, and held at 240°C for 3 min.
