. Conclusions
In this paper we have reported four Pd(II) complexes
containing closo or nido carborane diphosphine ligands,
which were obtained by the reactions of the closo ligand

the solvent plays an important role in these reactions, both
for the degradation of the closo carborane skeleton and for
the formation process of the complexes.
