proceed over the catalyst surface in a heterogeneous fashion [23].
Although there is still a possibility that re-deposition of Pd leaching
species can occur in coupling reactions [33,34], the good reusability of
this catalyst make it more like a heterogeneous one. The results
illustrated that Pd NPs stabilized by the amine groups of the MIL-53
(Al)-NH2 possess high chemical activity and good stability.
4. Conclusions
In summary, palladium NPs supported on amino functionalized
MIL-53(Al)-NH2 were prepared using a simple direct anionic
exchange method and subsequent chemical reduction with NaBH4.
The palladium NPs stabilized by amine groups showed high activity
and good stability for Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reaction under mild
conditions.
