mechanisms of MTR-P probe upon the addition of ALP were also
investigated by UV-vis and fluorescent spectroscopy, mass
spectrometry, theoretical calculation, and HPLC. Furthermore, the
MTR-P was successfully applied to probe the exogenous and
endogenous alkaline phosphatase activity in living cells. These
findings demonstrate the established probe has a promising
application potential in simplifying clinical diagnosis of both liver and
bone diseases.
