Uses of Allyl isothiocyanate: Allyl isothiocyanate is used principally as a flavoring agent in foods. Synthetic allyl isothiocyanate is used as an insecticide, bacteriocide, and nematocide, and is used in certain cases for crop protection. It is also used for medicine.
