Microwave assisted friedlander condensation catalyzed by clay
Sabitha, Gowravaram,Satheesh Babu,Subba Reddy,Yadav
, p. 4403 - 4408 (1999)
Clay catalyzed Friedlander condensation of 2-amino arylaldehyde or ketone with carbonyl compounds containing α-methylene group has been achieved in solvent free condition under microwave irradiation to give polycyclic quinoline derivatives.
Attempted Niementowski condensation of anthranilic acid and its ester with 3-Methyl-1-phenylpyrazolin-5-one
Danel,Tomasik,Kappe,Gheath
, p. 302 - 309 (2007/10/03)
Two groups of compounds were formed in the attempted reaction of anthranilic acid and its ester with 3-methyl-1-phenylpyrazolin -5-one. The reactions of 3-methyl-1-phenylpyrazolin-5-one with aniline generated by decarboxylation of anthranilic acid constituted the first group of products. The second group of products comprised of pyrazole derivatives formed mainly by dimerization and dehydration of two molecules of 3-methyl-1-phenylpyrazolin-5-one.
Action des hydrazines sur les acetyl-4 chloro-5(ou 3) methyl-3(ou 5) pyrazoles: formation d'une pyrazoloquinoleine, d'hydrazones et de cetazines
Gonzales, Emmanuel,Elguero, Jose
, p. 999 - 1001 (2007/10/02)
The cyclization of 4-acetyl-5(or 3)-chloropyrazole hydrazones into pyrazolopyrazoles does not proceed when the pyrazole is a N-methylated derivative or when the hydrazone is a phenylhydrazone.Instead of 1-azapentalene derivatives, a new pyrazolo3,
