6-methyl-1,3,5-triazine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione, also known as cyanuric acid, is an organic compound with the chemical formula C3H3N3O3. It is a white crystalline solid that is widely used as a stabilizer in swimming pool chemicals, particularly in chlorinated pools, to prevent the decomposition of chlorine by ultraviolet light. The invention discloses a synthesis method of triazinopyrrole formic acid, which comprises the following specific steps: (1) by taking a compound II as a raw material, heating and reacting in concentrated sulfuric acid to obtain an intermediate III; (2) carrying out ring closing reaction on the intermediate III and ethyl bromopyruvate to obtain an intermediate IV; and (3) hydrolyzing the intermediate IV in the presence of hydrochloric acid to obtain a target product, namely the compound I. The synthesis method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate, relatively high in yield and suitable for industrial production, and enriches the obtaining way of the fused ring compound.

Acylation of amidines 1 and cyclocondensation of the resulting carbamates 3 gave [1,3,5,7]tetrazocine-2,6-dione derivatives 4, and subsequent retro-ene reaction and ring contraction afforded triazine derivatives 5.
