A SIMPLIFIED STRATEGY FOR THE SYNTHESIS OF DIDEOXYRIBONUCLEOTIDE BLOCKS
Sadana, K. L.,Hruska, F. E.,Loewen, P. C.
, p. 3367 - 3370 (2007/10/02)
The rapid synthesis of dideoxyribonucleotide blocks in 60-85percent isolated yields has been achieved by combining the phosphorylation and condensation steps in a sequential reaction series which also allows the recovery of unreacted nucleotides.
SYNTHESIS OF DEOXYRIBOOLIGONUCLEOTIDES BY USING AROMATIC PHOSPHORAMIDATES AS THE PROTECTING GROUP FOR THE 3'-PHOSPHO ENDS
Ohtsuka, Eiko,Shibahara, Susumu,Ono, Teiichi,Fukui, Toshikazu,Ikehara, Morio
, p. 395 - 398 (2007/10/02)
p-Chlorophenyl phosphoranilidochloridate was used to phosphorylate the 3'-hydroxyl groups of N,5'-O-protected deoxyribonucleotides. These nucleotides served as the 3'-terminal unit in the syntheses of some protected oligonucleotides which were used in a bl
