AimsIn this study, we synthesized a novel chemical, (E)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-4-oxo-4H-chromen-7-yl-3-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl) acrylate (CSH) and investigated the effect of CSH on atopic dermatitis (AD) by evaluating the anti-inflammatory effect of CSH on immune cells in vitro and on atopic dermatitis-like lesions in vivo.
