ZusammenfassungDie lineare Vorstufe H-(D-Val-L-Lac-L-Val-D-Hyv-)3OH* des Cyclododecadepsipeptides Valinomycin wurde auf drei parallelen Wegen aufgebaut: (1) in homogener Phase durch stufenweise N-terminale Verlängerung von H-L-Val-D-Hyv-OBzl mit Boc-Aminoacyl-hydroxysäuren; (2) nach demselben Prinzip durch Festphasensynthese an Hydroxymethyl-polystyrol sowie (3) durch zweimalige Fragmentkondensation von H-D-Val-L-Lac-L-Val-D-Hyv-O- mit Boc-D-Val-L-Lac-L-Val-D-Hyv-OH. Nach allen drei Synthesewegen resultierten identische Dodeca-depsipeptide, die nach der Cyclisierung authentische Valinomycinpräparate ergaben.
