The influence of panosialins A, B, and C (1, 2, 3) from streptomycetes on the conductivity and ion penetration of an artificial bilayer membrane was studied. A remarkable increase in membrane current suggested the formation of ion pores. Differences in pc/pa ratio were observed in the dependence of panosialin structures. 1, 2 and 3 reduced the membrane current induced by enniatin B (4) as a mobile potassium carrier.
