ObjectivesWe aimed to evaluate the antifertility activity and vaginal irritation effects of tideglusib in vivo using rabbit models and to evaluate the cytotoxical effects of tideglusib to sperm, vaginal cells and vaginal bacteria (L. acidophilus) in vitro.
