1.1. THC, PCP, and MK-801 increased DOPAC in rat olfactory tubercle and prefrontal cortex without affecting DA levels, suggesting increased DA release.2.2. Effects on NE and MHPG were not evident.3.3. These two classes of drugs can effect dopaminergic systems independently of noradrenergic systems.
