Measurements of the extraction equilibria of copper(II) were carried out a 303 K with 2-butylthiododecanoic acid(2-BTDAHR), 2-bromododecanoic acid (2-BDAHR) and naphthenic acid(NAHR) in hexane. It was clarified that copper (II) is extracted according to the following stoichiometric relations. Cu2+2(HR)2 ⇌ CuR2·2HR+2H+
