PurposeThe extraction of a tooth is followed by hard and soft tissue changes that can compromise implant placement. The aim of the present retrospective study was to compare the clinical and radiographic outcomes of different ridge preservation procedures based on the use of leukocyte and platelet-rich fibrin (L-PRF).
