-
Add time:09/05/2019 Source:sciencedirect.com
Structures, synthesis, and ring-opening polymerization (ROP) processes of cyclic organosilicon monomers are presented. Besides cyclosiloxanes, which are technologically the most important organosilicon monomers, the ROPs of cyclosilanes, and related monomers such as cyclic carbosilanes, carbosiloxanes, oxysilylenes, and silazanes are briefly discussed.
