A study has been made of the in vitro effect of 11 antibiotics on Trichomonas vaginalis.The results indicate that Endomycin (cas 1391-41-9) demonstrates superior trichomonacidal activity to the other antibiotics tested.The action of endomycin on T. vaginalis is lytic.
