ObjectiveTo demonstrate that a combination of 1,3-bis(2-chloroethyl)-1-nitrosourea (BCNU) and Rana catesbeiana ribonuclease-6 (RC6) exerts synergistic cytotoxic effects on human hepatoma cells.
