ObjectiveTo conduct a systematic review to assist the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services Advisory Committee on Heritable Disorders in Newborns and Children (SACHDNC) to determine whether Hemoglobin H screening should be included among the core recommended conditions for newborn screening.
