In this chapter the chemistry and structural aspects of seven membered saturated and unsaturated nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur heterocycle with one or more heteroatoms in the ring are discussed. The ring can contain two or more same or different heteroatoms. Depending on the different position of heteroatom and double bond, their nomenclature varies. In this chapter synthesis and chemical reactivity of azepine, different diazepine, oxepin, thiepin, and their benzo fused derivatives are discussed.
