- Nickel-chromium alloy pack cementation of steel
- Nickel-chromium alloy pack cementation of steel. (Sumitomo Metal Industries, Ltd., Japan). Jpn. Kokai Tokkyo Koho JP 58167765 A2 4 Oct 1983 Showa, 7 pp. (Japanese). 7718-54-9 and 12649-91-1 are cas registry numbers. These chemicals are also mentioned in this article. (Japan). CODEN: JKXXAF. CLASS: IC: C23C009-02. APPLICATION: JP 82-50013 30 Mar 1982. DOCUMENT TYPE: Patent CA Section: 55 (Ferrous Metals and Alloys) Steel products to be treated are buried in a powder mixt. contg. Ni halide, Cr, and/or Cr halide, heated to 700-900° at 1st and then held at 1000-1250°. The steel products treated by the method have a Ni-rich cemented layer (without pores) with excellent adhesion, are high-temp. corrosion-resistant, and not embrittled by s-phase formation, and they are useful for parts such as boiler tubes in thermal power plants. Thus, a steel SUS 347H [60589-46-0] plate (15 ′ 15 ′ 2 mm) was buried in a powder mixt. composed of NiCl2 10, Cr 50, and Al2O3 40%, heated to 800° and then at 1100° for 10 and 1 h, resp., and furnace-cooled. The plate was kept in steam at 650° for 1000 h, and had scale thickness £2 m. It had a high-temp. resistance in gas contg. SO2 at 650°. .
- Lithographic plates
- Lithographic plates. (Dainippon Printing Co., Ltd., Japan). In this study, 74-94-2 and 7718-54-9 are also used. Jpn. Kokai Tokkyo Koho JP 57196238 A2 2 Dec 1982 Showa, 7 pp. (Japanese). (Japan). CODEN: JKXXAF. CLASS: IC: G03F007-02. APPLICATION: JP 81-81689 28 May 1981. DOCUMENT TYPE: Patent CA Section: 76 (Electric Phenomena) A lithog. plate material which is UV sensitive and can be cor. easily during platemaking is obtained by forming on a support a photosensitive hydrophilic binder layer contg. fine metal developing nuclei and a compd. having a diazo or an azido group. During platemaking the hydrophilic binder layer is patternwise exposed and then developed by using a developer contg. a reducible metal ion and a reducing agent to give a lithog. plate which is sepd. into a hydrophobic image area having metal particles exposed on the surface and a nonexposed nonimage hydrophilic area. Thus, a polyester film was coated with a hydrophilic binder layer contg. Pd nuclei, gelatin, D 011 (diazo resin; Shinkoh Giken), and Gantrez 149 to give a lithog. plate material, exposed with a neg. film, and developed to produce a lithog. plate which provided >1000 good prints. .
