1. Working principles:
1). Feed tablet cores into the film coating drum and tablet cores make continuous complicated orbital movement within the clean and closed film coating drum
2). During the process of movement, film coating medium is automatically sprayed according to the process flow and rational technological parameters, in the meanwhile hot air is supplied at negative pressure and after passing through the tablet core layer, it exhausts from the bottom of drum, so that the film coating medium sprayed on the surface of tablet core gets dried quickly and evenly, forms a firm and smooth surface film

2. Applications:
1). High efficiency sugar and film coating machine (a modified model of BGB-B) is a special equipment used for coating sugar, water soluble film or organic film on traditional Chinese and western tablets, pills and candies
2). Equipment is manufactured according to the requirement of GMP of pharmaceutical industry
3). Its whole housing box, film coating drum (film coating pan), air heater, spray unit and all the parts directly contacting medicines are made of stainless steel
4). Whole process is controlled by microprocessor based programmable control system and also can be controlled manually
5). Control system is provided with functions such as multiple selections of application program and operation mode, closed loop control of speed and temperature, open loop control of negative pressure and supplied quantity of hot air in the film coating pan, complete displays of control parameters, recording and printing of working state
