Product Description of Glass Distillation Testing Equipment

The test unit is composed of glass distillation tower\reflux ratio control system\tower reactor and tower body heat system \vacuum system\alarm system and control system. It is applied for distillation of petroleum fraction and traditional Chinese medicine volatile oil under the condition of atmospheric or reducing pressure with merits of high separation efficiency and easy operation. Materials are in the glass containers or pipelines in the whole process, no contact with other system.

The main body of tower is made of glass with good seal\no disclosure and resistance to high temperature and pH corrosion. In order to ensure the gas-liquid exchanging smoothly, the tower body has the function of coating insulation, and the tower reactor's heat is controlled by meter(computer and control software is needed). In order to obtain a good separation of materials, tower body coating heat is adopted for maintain tower body heat insulation through four parts in controlling.

The tower reactor is heated by electrical oven. All the heat and insulation is controlled by instruments. The heat electric current can be adjusted through manual control. In the meantime, in order to ensure the smooth outflow of the material in tank (for some liquid material is viscous), we strengthen the tank heat function through special design. The best vacuum equipment is used and the big volume buffer tank is designed. In the process of operation the vacuum tightness is stable.
