Product Description of Emulsifying Machine (ZONX2010)

PFVE Vacuum emulsifier is widely used in processing the cream products in cosmetic, pharmaceutical industries which is designed specially according to the advanced paste-making techniques of cosmetic, ointment from Germany and other countries.

It is consists of pre-treatment tank, vacuum emulsification mixing tank, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, material discharging system, electric control system and working platform etc. This series is applicable for the production of cosmetic, paste in medical factory. Our items have gained notable virtue in emulsifying the material with high viscosity and high content.

Characteristics:
The machine consists 3 boilers, hydraulic lifting cover, high speed homogeneity (speed is from 0-3500 r/min, frequency speed regulation) and the scraper blender is low speed (speed is from 10-70 r/min, frequency speed regulation).
The parameters as temperature and pressure are automatic controlled by PLC through sensors, so all this parameters are controllable and setting up according to the user requirements.
The machine is equipped CIP auto-cleaning system and controlled by PLC touch screen. All parts contact with material are made from SUS 316L...Besides all characteristics above, the machine has more advantages such as:
