Product Description of High/Low Pressure Automatic Continuous Foam Production Line (BHFP-X-01)

The High\ Low Pressure Automatic Continuous Foam Line mainly use in the 10-70 kg/cm3 soft/rigid PU foam production. The products are widely apply to the line of Furniture, Underwear, shoes, Electronic, Packing, Clothing, Aviation, Spaceflight, Transportation, Industry, Attemperation, Construction and Energy Saving etc. This Production Line is fully automatic controlled by computer and also could be controlled manually. It's the best choice for Soft/Rigid PU foam production.

Process: Firstly, all the PU chemicals are mixed together in a mixing chamber.
Secondly, the Mixture will be taken into a metal trough where the initial reactions take place.
And then the rising foam would passes from the top of the though on to a width adjustable fall plate which would leads the expanding foam block along a metal slat conveyor for further expansion.

Outputs: The Production Line is delivers a maximum of 250 kg/ min.

Metering System: There are seven metering system in all. All metering system are equipped with world class AC motors, AC variable speed drives, Viking pumps (internal gear pumps made by U. S. ), Pressure gauges and Recirculation network to ensure high class quality product.

Foaming tunnel & conveyor: The tunnel construction forms a complete enclosure around the foam slab with top plates, side walls and conveyor slats. The conveyor motor is also equipped with AC speed drive. Slide walls can be flattop blocks. It is equipped with required motors and gearboxes.

Paper feeding & rewind: This is a 3-paper system. The bottom paper feed reel is mounted in front of the foaming platform and is equipped with unwinding motor for automatic operation, Rewinding of the side papers is the other end of the tunnel and the rewinding speed is self adjustable to synchronize with the conveyor speed.

Control panles: There is a electronic control system which has PLC, Flow meter, Touch screen etc.
