Product Description of High -Speed Multifunctional Sand Mill & Disperser (FS 0.4KW)

1) The equipment is the laboratory-use equipment, to blend, mix, dissolve and disperse two or more types of liquid and powered solid materials.
2) The machine adopts series commutator motor, and achieves stepless speed control through voltage adjustment.
3) It provides research, scientific process parameters and experiment with data for production.
4) As the dispersion shaft is the very motor shaft (lengthened ), so as to achieve stable and low-noise rotation. It create a closed loop regulation system with speed sensor and electric speed regulator to realize a sensitive and reliable speed regulation.
5) Lifting up and down is made by roller nut system to achieve convenient usage.
6) Cylinder is made of stainless steel with cooling jackent to do cooling or heating
7) Mechanically clamping makes up and down movement available and can do 360 rotating, it can clamp around vessel with diameter of 100mm to 200mm.
